Happy Ox Year to everyone! It's been a busy busy new year, and a different one this year. I'm twice as busy visiting boyfriend's relatives as well. But it has been an enjoyable one. Heh. I totally enjoyed myself :D Blackjack + Mahjong = Double Lucky. Haha. Lady luck's shining one me this year.

Now, enough of the festive mood for some time. It's back to me and my ODAC XIII committee as we prepare for the next big activity. Stay tuned! Till then.. :)

Today marks a very eventful day for me. :) 15th Jan 2009.

Firstly, I was in school for the very stressful ODAC ex-co interview. Haha. It's worse than a job interview man. Close to 14 pairs of eyes staring at you, when you are sitting alone in the middle of a room. :x They love stressing people this way. Lol. Had lunch over at Np's alumni house before going back to school to study with my fellow ex-co members.

Myself and jr had this short special meeting with the current ex-cos. Haha, a really short one cause we were chased out of the room. Oh wells. I had to make a move too anyway. I shared a cab down to the east with Jia Li at 7.15pm! Peak hour! =x

Rushed down to Simei ITE just on time to watch the 2nd Singles and 2nd doubles play their victory matches, before the SIM boys team is declared the champions! Hoho! :D We camwhored while waiting for the remaining courts to finish their matches. Headed over to Simpang Bedok for supper. As always in a big group, the orders get mixed up, my food didn't arrive so I cancelled it since I was rather full after waiting and after my cup of milo dinosaur. Heh, I didn't make a wrong choice cause soon after I left the team and hitched a ride from my Bukit Batok senior home! :D Yay!

I had a very tiring week. :x Totally drained out.

Have been travelling to Simei ITE for IVP'09 from Wednesday till Friday, only to reach home past midnight every day. Cause after IVP, it's supper at Bedok :D Haha. The girls missed the chance of getting into Top 4 by a mere margin :( Really sad but it's okay, we fought hard! Now, jiayou for our guys team and we will see them thru the finals. Heh.

I managed to clear myself off activities on Saturday. I only booked myself at night for Red Cliff 2 with baby! :) We booked the 11.30pm show on Friday night, and it's already the seats 6 rows from the screen. Haha, the cinema was full when we watched the show, as expected, even the first rows were occupied! We strolled around JP at 2.30am after the movie, travelling from DBS to OCBC cause he wanted to deposit money. Lol. It was not very quiet cause of the NTUC and the late night shows' watchers. I drove the mercs back! First time.. Ooo.. It was so exciting. :D Heh! I reached home at 3am.

I couldn't sleep cause 30 mins later, I had to prepare for the Safra Avventura volunteer. KS was going around to fetch us and we have to report at Diary Farm at 4.40am! -_- Wth! Haha. He did a record breaking stunt by squeezing 8 people in his Camry. 6 girls at the back. Thank goodness it was a short trip only. Otherwise, my back would break. Hahaha.

I was deployed at Checkpoint 2 @ Zhenghua Park together with about 10 others. It was a crazy checkpoint man. There was a bottleneck and we almost went crazy when the first few competitors came in! :x Hahaha. It was fufilling though when ka lynn and myself were looking out for suave guys. Oops :p We ended at around 10.30am and followed the shuttle bus back to Yishun Safra to wait for the racers to reach the finisher's line. Haha, there, we became the cheerleaders cheering them back. -_- We started getting restless after 2 hours cos the afternoon sun was really hot! We were only released at about 4pm. Received a GV movie voucher and a $10 world of sports voucher as a token of appreciation. Haha.

We then walked over to Northpoint for bfast + lunch + dinner, for me. Cause I didn't really like the bfast and lunch they provided. I was starving and sleepy! :x Sat with kenny, serp and ka lynn. We chop chop ordered, chop chop ate and chop chop left for home first. Haha, dead tired already. I got home showered and slept from 7pm tilll........................... 10am this morning!

Ooo.. Felt so good and happy! :D But received countless comments saying that I am a pig. Aiyo, care-less! Lol! Met ka lynn and headed for school for IBM lecture today. Chatted with pearl using 'MSN' method during lessons! HAHAHA. Homed with ka lynn again :) Now I'm waiting for dinner before I head for tuition and back home again to study! *pats myself on the back*

I went on a date with my boyfriend & his family on Sunday :) Heh. It was to celebrate his sister's birthday in advance. We drove off to Cineleisure to watch Transporter 3. No comments about the show cause I didn't watch the first 2 parts. BUT! I didn't fall asleep, though I was also in my boy's arms. Heh.

We made our way to Marriot Hotel for the high tea buffet at 3.30pm and met his elder brother and his gf there. Had our fill for about 2 hours chit-chatting as well. My boy is getting fatter! :p Ord-ing is not beneficial to guys! Haha!

I suggested moving on to Marina Barrage since I haven't been there with my boy yet and it was a great idea. Going there at 6pm, it was neither too sunny nor too dark. The wind is strong and the sunset view was great. Haha. We wanted to fly a kite but no one sells kites there. :x So we could only watch people fly their kites while we camwhored. :)

We took a stroll around the barrage too. To digest all those high tea food that has entered our stomachs. Finally couldn't resist the call from home at 8pm and so we left. :) Lol.

IVP starts tmr and it stretches all the way till next week. Till then, I'll be occupied. :x Busy travelling from the east to the west and back again. -_- So far lah. Omg.

After which, minus the trainings and odac activities, my study engine would be ready to go! Jiayou Sheila! :D Date me out to ~~play~~ study okay!

Ooo... My first post of 2009! Haha :)

I slept at 5am this morning and woke up at 4pm! Haha. Partied the night away with my girls. It was great! Fireworks @ Marina Barrage weren't fantastic, but at least we need not squeeze with the crowd. It was rather spacious there. :) The view is good but we were a little too far so you can't feel the atmosphere. Camwhored! And I stepped into 2009 with my 2 closest group of friends. You would never be so fortunate! I felt so lucky last night, really.
